Description

Analog brake regen mode. This regen mode no longer needs a brake switch to support. Only available for software version 0106 or advanced version. KLS controller does not support flashing by default.
  • Improved regenerative braking function. New ABS technology provides powerful and smooth regeneration. Regeneration can occur at all speeds up to zero speed.
  • The KLS-H controller comes with a case fuse. The shunt is sold separately.
  • Cruise control. Can only be activated in the forward direction.
  • KLS-H can support broadcast-type CAN bus function. It is 250Kbps .  Adjustable Accelerator Pedal Protection: The controller will not work if high throttle is detected when turned on.
  • Current Multiply: Less current from battery, more current to engine.
  • Easy installation: 3- a wired potentiometer will work.
  • Standard PC/Laptop for programming. There is another choice for customers to program the KLS controller. Standard Android tablet for programming. Z-TEK USB TO RS232 cable is required to connect the controller to App on tablet.
  • User program provided. Easy to use. Free for customers.
  • Support motors with any number of poles.
  • Standard up to 70,000 electrical revolutions per minute.  (Electrical speed = mechanical speed * motor pole pairs; motor pole pairs = motor poles / 2).
  • KLS-H: sealed against dust and water, IP66
  • KLS-8080H. Degree of protection IP54.
