KLS2412N Sealed Sine Wave BLDC Controller, 20V-30V, 140A
Kelly KLS programmable motor controllers provide efficient, smooth and quiet control of electric motorcycles, golf carts and walking cars; as well as industrial motor control. KLS controllers are mainly designed to solve noise problems in controlling BLDC motors. Compared with the traditional trapezoidal waveform control technology, this method based on sine wave drive technology is designed to reduce the operating noise and 1/3 of the switching loss, which is well suited to the noise reduction and efficiency requirements of brushless DC motor applications. It uses high power MOSFETs, SVPWM and FOC to achieve efficiency up to 99% in most cases. A powerful microprocessor provides comprehensive and precise control of the controllers. It also allows users to quickly and easily set up parameters, run tests, and retrieve diagnostic information.
KLS-N features surface mount MOSFETs on an aluminum PCB for superior heat dissipation. KLS-N's Default IP66 waterproof controller.
KLS-N motor controller must be based on hall sensor. KLS-N controller does not support sensorless brushed motor yet .
Common features:
- Advanced fault detection and protection. Controller supply voltage range: PWR, 40 V to 90 V for controllers with a nominal voltage of 72 V or less than 72 V. For KLS24V: PWR, 20 V to 30 V
- Power supply, PWR, 30 mA (standard).
- Adjustable battery voltage range, B+. Maximum operating range: 40V to 1.25 * rated voltage. For KLS24V, maximum operating range: 20V to 30V
- Standard throttle input: 0-5V (3-wire resistance potentiometer), 1-4V (active hall choke).
- Throttle input: 0-5V. Can use 3-wire pot to get 0-5V signal.
- Full power operating temperature range: 0℃ to 70℃ (temperature MOSFET).
