KSL24400 Sensorless BLDC Controller, 12V-24V, 400A

Kelly KSL Programmable Hall Sensorless BLDC Motor Controller provides efficient, smooth and silent control of fans, water pump, air conditioner, compressor, etc. The motor speed controller uses high power MOSFET, PWM to achieve efficiency in most cases 99%. Powerful microprocessor provides comprehensive and precise control of BLDC motor controllers. This programmable brushless motor controller also allows users to quickly and easily set parameters, run tests, and obtain diagnostic information.

KSL controllers are produced for BLDC brushless motors, especially for fans, water pumps, air conditioners, compressors, etc.

Parameters must be set correctly before use!

• Customizable battery voltage range, B+. Max operating range: 8V-30V
• Analog throttle input: 0-5 volts. Creating a 0-5V signal with a 3-wire contact.
• Reverse alarm, meter, main contactor coil driver: <200 mA. (NA *)
• Operating temperature range at full power: 0 50 to 50 ℃ (controller case temperature).
• Operating temperature range: -30 90 to 90 ℃, shutdown 100 ((controller case temperature).
• Motor current limit, current in acceleration mode (boost): 400A
• Motor current limit, continuous: 200A
• Maximum battery current: configurable.
