Synchronous rectification, ultra-low voltage drop and fast PWM for very high efficiency.
Voltage monitoring on 12V and 5V voltage supply.
Hardware overcurrent protection.
Hardware protection against overvoltage.
Current limiting and torque control.

Fault indication by LED
Battery protection: current reduction , warning and shutdown for configurable high and low battery voltage.
Rugged aluminum housing for maximum heat dissipation in harsh environments.
Rugged high-current terminals and rugged aviation connectors for weak signal.
Thermal protection: current shutdown, high temperature warning and shutdown.
Customizable current or voltage mode when the field switch is turned on to achieve higher safety and reliability.
Customizable accelerator pedal protection: the controller will not work if high throttle is detected when turned on.

Brake switch is used to start regeneration.
Brake signal 0-5V or 0-5K is used to command regen current.
Ability to detect a short circuit in the main contactor at power up.
Easy installation: 1-4V "Hall Active" choke or 0-5K or 0-5V (<100K) potentiometer can be operated.
Standard PC/Laptop for programming. No special tools required.
