Description
PT Sans", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"> Customers can also read the error code in software on PC or Android tablet.
(2) Battery voltage control. Pwill stop moving if the battery voltage is too high, and gradually reduce the motor drive power when the battery voltage drops until it is completely disabled at the "Low Battery Voltage" setting.(4) Configurable motor temperature protection range.
(5) Reduce current at low and high temperatures to protect battery and controller. Current starts to decrease at 90℃, turns off at 100℃.
(6) The controller monitors the battery charging voltage during deceleration.
(7) The maximum reverse speed and forward speed can be adjusted between 20% and 100% respectively and separately.
(8) 4-pin to RS232 port and Z-TEK USB-RS232 cable allows configuration, programming and software updates with a tablet, which should now be based on the Android OS. People can do same with PC software, using instead of standard USB-RS232 cable.
(9) Provide +5V and +12V output to power various types of Hall sensors.
(10) 5 switch inputs that are activated by connecting to 12V. Default throttle switch, brake switch, reverse switch, front switch and boost switch.
(11) 3x 0-5V analog inputs that default to throttle input, brake analog input and motor temperature input
(12) Duplicate the signal of one of the Hall sensors.
(13) Configurable boost switch. Enables the maximum power output achievable when the switch is turned on. The effect is the same as at full throttle, even if you don't throttle at all.
(14) The 12V brake switch input is used on a different port than the motor temperature sensor. In the latest version, you can use the brake switch and motor temperature sensor functions at the same time. Pin 25 is the brake switch input port 12 B. Pin 1 - engine temperature sensor input port.
(15) Optional Throttle Joystick. Biosymmetric 0-5V forward and reverse signal.
(16) Configurable motor overheat detection and protection with recommended thermistor KTY84-130 / 150 or KTY83-122.
(17) 3 hall position sensor inputs. Open collector, pull up on condition.
(18) Analog braking regen mode. This regeneration mode no longer requires a brake switch to support. Only available in software version 0106 or extended version. The default KLS controller does not support firmware flashing. < Regeneration can occur at any speed up to zero speed.
(20) The KLS-H controller has a fuse on the case. No shunt installed.
(21) Cruise control. Can only be activated in the forward direction.
(22) KLS-H can support broadcast type CAN bus function. It is 250Kbps. CAN bus is not included in KLS-D controller by default. CAN bus is only optional function for KLS- H.
(23) Bluetooth function. Requires a Bluetooth adapter, which can be purchased separately from our website. This little converter is only useful for the KLS controller.
Features:< PT Sans", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">2) Synchronous rectification, ultra-low drop, fast SVPWM and FOC for very high efficiency.

4) Voltage control on 3 motor phases, bus and power supply.
5) Voltage control on a 12V and 5V voltage source.
6) Current meaning on all 3 motor phases.
7) current control loop.
8) Hardware overcurrent protection.
9) Hardware surge protection.
10) Configurable limit for motor current and battery current. < sans serif; font-size: 14px;">12) Battery protection: current limit, warning and shutdown for configurable high and low battery voltage.
13) Rugged aluminum housing for maximum heat dissipation and harsh environments.
14) Heavy-duty high-current terminals and rugged low-signal aviation connectors.
15) Thermal protection: current cut, warning and high temperature shutdown.
PT Sans", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">
18) Current multiply: take less current from battery, output more current to motor.
< There is another choice for customers to program the KLS controller. Standard Android tablet for programming. Requires a Z-TEK USB TO RS232 cable to connect the controller to a tablet application. ,
21) Custom program provided. Easy to use. No cost to customers.
