General Features 
(1) Advanced error detection and protection. Customers can read the error code. 
(2) Battery voltage control. Stop moving if battery voltage is too high or too low.

(4) Configurable motor temperature protection range. 
(5) Reduce current at low and high temperatures to protect battery and controller. Current starts to decrease at case temperature of 90℃, shutting off at 100℃. 
(6) Provide +5V output to power various types of sensors, including Hall sensors. 
(9) 5 switch inputs that activate when connected to ground. Default throttle switch, brake switch, two speed control, forward and reverse switch. 
(10) 3 analog 0-5V inputs that default to throttle input, brake input and engine temperature. 
(12) Main contactor driver. Turn off power if any fault is detected. 
(13) Meter function: current meter can display both drive and regen current. Save shunt. 
(14) Configurable boost switch. Enable maximum power output. Enable the same output as in Brake_AN. Enter 5V to enable this feature. 
(15) Configurable economy toggle. Limits the maximum current to the following output. Brake_AN. Enter 5V to enable this feature. You cannot enable Boost and Economy. 
(16) Configurable reverse speed. 
(17) Improved brake regen.  Proprietary ABS Powerful and smooth regeneration. Regeneration can occur at any speed up to zero speed. 
(18) Configurable 12V brake input.  
(19) Throttle Joystick.  Bisymmetrical 0-5V signal for forwarding and reversing. Be able to or disable in the user program. 
(20) Configurable motor overheat detection and protection with recommended thermistor KTY84-130 / 150 or KTY83-122. 
(21) Accumulator usage. 
(22) The KPM-KD controller has a fuse and shunt on the top of the case. 
(23) Bluetooth function. You need to buy an adapter on our website. Programming can be done using an Android smartphone. 
(24) Bluetooth adapter is only available for KPM-KD controller,  regular PM controller does not support Bluetooth.
