KAC6030D KAC-D series controller for AC induction motors 24V-60V, 350A
< span style="font-size: 14px;">It's better if customers can provide motor parameters so that we can customize the controller for the motor before shipping. We need the following motor parameters: Rated AC or DC voltage. For example, 42 VAC = 60 VDC.

General functions:
(1) Advanced fault detection and protection. A flashing LED indicates sources of faults. Customers can also read the error code or message in PC software or Android app.
(2) Battery voltage control. It will stop moving if the battery voltage is too high and will gradually reduce the motor drive power when the battery voltage drops until it cuts out completely at the "Low Battery Voltage" setting.
(3) Built-in current loop and overcurrent protection.
(4 ) Configurable motor temperature protection range.
(5) Current reduction at low and high temperature to protect battery and controller. Current starts to decrease at 90℃, cut off at 100℃.< People can perform the same operations and settings on the PC software using the standard USB to RS232 port. instead of this. (It is recommended to use Kelly's USB-RS232 cable directly)
(9) Provide +5V and +12V output to power sensors various types, including an effective hall choke or pedal.
(10) 4 switch inputs that are activated by connecting to + 12V. Default switches are forward, throttle, brake switch and reverse switch.
(11) 2x 0-5V analog inputs, which are used by default for throttle input and engine temperature.
(12) Configurable engine overheat detection and protection with recommended thermistor KTY84-130 / 150.
(13) Dual channel A / B encoder input to support speed control.
(14) The controller's power supply matches the standard battery voltage range.
Warning!: Regeneration has a braking effect, but does not replace the function of a mechanical brake. A mechanical brake is needed to stop your vehicle. Regeneration is NOT a safety feature! The controller may stop regeneration without warning to protect itself or the battery (but it won't protect you!).

(21) Standard PC/Laptop for programming. There is another choice for customers to program the KAC-S controller. Standard Android tablet for programming. A Z-TEK USB-RS232 cable is required to connect the controller to the application. program in tablet.
(22) Custom program provided. Easy to use. The user program can be downloaded from our website for free.
