Mini brushless controller KBS48221E, 24V-48V, 130A

Male or female connectors matching the KBS controller are included.

  • Configurable limit for motor current and battery current.
  • Support torque mode, speed mode, and balance mode.
  • Low EMC.
  • Error code LED.
  • Battery protection: Current reduction, warning and shutdown for configurable high and low battery voltage
  • Rugged aluminum housing for maximum heat dissipation in harsh environments
  • Rugged high current terminals and rugged aviation connectors for weak signal.
  • Thermal protection: current cut, warning and high temperature shutdown.
  • Adjustable 60 or 120 degree Hall position sensors.
  • Support motors with any number of poles.
  • Standard up to 40,000 electrical revolutions per minute. Optional high speed 70,000 ERPM. (Electrical speed = mechanical speed * motor pole pairs).
  • Support three modes of regenerative braking : Brake button regeneration, throttle release regeneration, analog 0-5V change regeneration.
  • Tunable Accelerator Pedal Protection: The controller will not work if high throttle is detected when turned on.

  • Easy installation: 3-wire potentiometer will work.

  • Battery standby current: <0.5mA.
  • 5V sensor supply current: 40mA.
  • Power supply current, PWR, 30mA (typ.).
  • Brake and throttle analog input: 0-5 volts. A 3-wire pot can be used to obtain a 0-5V signal.
  • Alarm feedback, meter: <200mA. Main contactor coil driver <2A.
  • Full power operating temperature range: 0℃ to 70℃ (temperature MOSFET).
  • Operating temperature range: -40℃ to 100℃ (MOSFET temperature).
  • Maximum battery current: configurable.
