Kelly KAC150GD Dual Drive High Voltage AC Induction Motor Controllers provide efficient, smooth and silent control of road electric vehicles and other industrial tasks. This intelligent controller can control two AC induction motors at the same time. It uses high power IGBT, SVPWM and FOC technologies to achieve efficiency up to 99% in most cases. A powerful microprocessor provides comprehensive and precise control of the controllers. It also allows users to configure settings, run tests, and get diagnostic information quickly and easily.

For optimal selection of the controller, it is necessary to provide the motor parameters, namely:

  • Rated AC or DC voltage. For example, 42 VAC = 60 VDC.
  • Rated power
  • Rated speed (rpm)
  • Rated frequency
  • Motor poles
  • Dual A/B encoder pulses

Common Features:

  • Advanced Fault Detection and Protection. The blinking LED indicates the error code and  fault source. Customers can also read the error code or message in the PC software or Android app.
