Optical BLDC controller with regen KHB12151, 24V-120V, 150A

Kelly KHB opto-isolated BLDC motor controller provides efficient, smooth and silent control of electric motorcycle, forklift, hybrid vehicle, electric vehicle, electric boat, and industrial control of motor speed or torque. The motor speed controller uses MOSFET, high power PWM to achieve efficiency in most cases 99%. Powerful microprocessor provides comprehensive and precise control of BLDC motor controllers. div>• Rugged high current terminals and rugged low signal aircraft connectors.

• Thermal protection: current shutdown, warning and high temperature shutdown.
• Adjustable 60 or 120 degree Hall position sensors.
• Support for motors with any number of poles.
• Standard up to 40000 rpm. Optional: high speed 70000 ERPM and super high speed 100000 ERPM (electric revolutions = mechanical revolutions per minute * motor pole pairs).< span style="font-size: 14px;">• Battery standby current: <0.5 mA.
• Sensor supply current 5 V: 40 mA.
• Controller supply voltage range, PWR, from 10 to 30 V (preferably 24 B).
• Configurable battery voltage range, B+, from 18V to 136V.
• Analog brake and throttle input: 0-5 volts. Create a 0-5V signal with a 3-wire pin.
